Jessica has a Doctorate in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine (DAcHM) from Five Branches University, San Jose. Her specialties include pain management, mental health, stress management, improved sleep and lifestyle suggestions. Her modalities include acupuncture, electro-acupuncture (a.k.a electrostimulation, e-stim), cupping therapy (traditional fire cupping and suction cupping), tuina massage (Traditional Chinese Medicine massage that often complements a treatment, "tui" - push, "na" - grasp), lifestyle suggestions and Traditional Chinese herbs and formulas. Jessica is also a registered yoga teacher (RYT200) and often incorporates meditation techniques and movement into her therapeutic practice.

Jessica Sanchez

Jessica is an East Bay native. Jessica has a Doctorate in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine (DAcHM) from Five Branches University, San Jose.

Jessica’s passion in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) is deeply rooted in her heritage. Growing up in a mixed Cantonese and Mexican family, she was introduced to TCM through her mother and grandmother, who used traditional Cantonese herbal soups and teas to promote health and healing. Witnessing the positive effects of Chinese herbal remedies, particularly in managing autoimmune disorders, further inspired Jessica to pursue a career in this field, combining her cultural heritage with her desire to improve the lives and well-being of others.

Jessica is also a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT200). She teaches classes weekly at the Mark Green Sports Center.

Outside of the clinic, Jessica nurtures her spirit by spending quality time with Truffles, her cocker spaniel and dancing.
